Floor scrubber with round brushes/pads

Looking for working floor scrubber machine. The old fashion ones with bristle brushes and felt pads for shining floors. No tanks to hold water. Basically scrubbers and then polishers. have small areas so budget wise dont want to spend more than 25$ as song as its working. PLease message back if you wanna get rid of one or don't use it anymore
