Over 50 jars. 19 quarts are not mason jars but the same mason lids and rings fit great for pickling and tomatoes juice. 2 half gallon jars one mason the other is not. All the remaining jars are mason pressure cooker jars. 12 pint jars.We canned and raised the chicken in the dozen quarts in 2012. We ate dozens of quarts of the chicken but these were in the back cupboard cabinet and forgot about. Not sure if they are safe to eat. Great jars…
