This backpack has served our family very well, but both of my children have outgrown it and it's now time to pass it on. I believe it's rated for between approximately 15 and 40 pounds and has several internal and external storage compartments and a retractable sunshade. The kickstand folds in and the main area can be collapsed for more compact storage. The torso length is adjustable to fit most adults. Both of my kids really enjoyed riding in it and frequently fell asleep.
Osprey makes very high quality packs, so everything still works as designed. Some of the straps have minor discoloration consistent with use. I washed the drool pad in the washing machine and rinsed off everything else with soapy water and a garden hose. I don't have the manual but would be happy to answer any questions about adjustments, etc.
General Sales Terms:
I only accept cash (US paper currency in reasonable denominations), presented in person at the time of sale. If you feel that my asking price is too high, there is no need to tell me. If it doesn’t sell after a while, I will either lower the price, list the item elsewhere, or donate it. I am not in a hurry to sell anything. I have had issues in the past where a buyer would agree upon a price and then offer less money upon meeting up. Please don’t do this. If you want to buy multiple items at the same time, I may be willing to negotiate before meeting up. I may or may not have change, so either have the exact amount or ask beforehand.
I do my best to provide representative pictures and an accurate description. After reading the description and examining the pictures, feel free to ask for clarification or further details. The information I provide is accurate to the best of my knowledge. My reputation and conscience are worth more to me than whatever I would make ripping people off. That being said, all sales are as-is and final. When applicable and practical, I will demonstrate the function of each item at the time of sale.
I live about 10 miles south of Alamogordo. My house is pretty far off the beaten path, so for smaller items I prefer to meet up somewhere nearby that is more easily accessible. I can also meet up in Alamogordo on some weekdays around either 8 or 3. If you will not be there at the agreed upon time, please be considerate and let me know as early as possible. I will do the same. Once we have a meeting planned I will not sell the item to anyone else.
