The Country Living Grain Mill can be operated with a hand crank or set up to be motorized. In our case, we hooked it up to a bicycle and got some exercise and flour at the same time! It comes with extra parts for replacing the milling wheels. The bicycle is rather small for an adult, but it could be replaced with a larger bike. The steel frame is adjustable.
